It’s very easy and simple to place your order on electocity.com. First of all, visit our store at: https://electocity.com/ Choose products that you want to Order, then click “Add to Cart” and “Check out” _ then fill in your information and pay. That’s it!
2.How can I modify my Order?
Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after placing your order.
1.How to Ship and what is the Shipping Cost?
Shipping of the order is based on the shipping options available in the respective area or country. Shipping cost may vary and is dependent on the exact location and shipping options. Shipping depends on the product ordered, the total weight of the product, and the location to which the shipping is being done.
However Shipping cost is free of cost for our users.
2.Where do you Ship?
We offer shipping all over India _ However, due to the security reasons, we can’t deliver shipments to the military areas.
3.How long will My Order take to be delivered?
A minimum of 3-5 days are required for the processing of the order. Delays due to weather conditions, holidays, and custom inspections, shipping times cannot be guaranteed.
4.How can I Track my Order?
You will be sent the tracking id of the orders to the email provided by you, while placing the orders. This tracking id will guide you on the tracking of the package.Please note that the tracking information will be made available only after 2-5 days of receiving the confirmation mail.
5.Why my Shipment is delayed?
- Shipment may be delayed due to many reasons like bad weather conditions, customs or backlogs. Please note that the tracking information is available only after the order has been shipped from our end.
6.How can I Pay for my Order?
We offer safe shopping to our customers. Payment is accepted via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. You can choose the most suitable payment method for you. The prices of all the products are enlisted in Indian Rupees, but our system will automatically exchange the currency to make it easy for you while placing the order.
Requirements for Returns:
- Must include a valid original purchase order number from electocity.com, purchases made outside of electocity.com must contact their seller for returns.
- All returned products should be in the original packaging without any missing contents.
- Any returned products that are missing contents are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.
- If the product is used or has scratches, same cannot be accepted for return
- Return shipping will be at the buyer’s cost.
- Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable for both ways
- Refund processes could take up to 3-5 working days after the item is received.
- We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received (highly recommended for International returns)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via electocity.com or more information.
Please be confirmed that you have to pay for the return shipping fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
(We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong item)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact Your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Don’t worry, if you ordered a wrong product / or want to exchange it
- Send us the picture of the product you got, pleases make sure it’s in original condition. You can WhatsApp (+91 9953170958) or Email us
- If we have sent you a Wrong Product by mistake then Reverse Pickup will be done for free. Shipping of the replacement product is also done for free.
- If we have sent you the right product then Return shipping will be at the buyer’s cost.
- As soon as the product is picked up from you, we dispatch the replacement simultaneously (time to resolution reduced by 3 days).
